Today marks a milestone in my timeline of life. I am recalling the favor and blessings that have helped make me a woman with new eyes and ambitions. My motto has always been to try and make the best of each opportunity. I won't lie I am a woman who likes activity and action!( I took a Federal Government job and left my non profit postion on this day in 2009)  So as today is a marker in a time that changed my destiny. I embrace the new horizons and plan for the new placement of my time and passion! I have a meeting this afternoon with a colleague who is running for a local office. I have been studying and preparing for the right moment to run myself.I even graduated from a leadership program called "If not you than who?" As I had been on this reprieve I know that we are ready to "rock this city with new leadership." My turn in line to run is in the future but in the meantime I will be busy helping my friend with her campaign and learning all I can and following my heart in this journey of life!
